Our application is reviewed by a local VA Regional Office to ensure every document has been included. If satisfactory, it's passed on to VA legal counsel where the contents will be assessed.

Approval / Waiver

If the application and accompanying documents are approved, the approval is good for the lifetime of the association, or as long as the association remains compliant. On the rare instance of a denial, a one-time waiver can be applied for.
